Dance with Parkinson's classes include MS

** Winchcombe class has restarted - and a Tuesday class is available online. Please call 01242 603207 for details.**

Due to the success of the Winchcombe class, Sarah Hartley was awarded funding to expand her programme of Dance with Parkinson's classes. They are also now open to those living with MS too.

Prior to lockdown, four weekly classes were taking place: Monday mornings in Lower Oddington, near Moreton in Marsh with Winchcombe in the afternoon, Tewkesbury on Tuesday afternoons and Cheltenham on Wednesday afternoons. We are working to get these back up and running physically as soon as possible. Please see the timetable for the latest information.

All classes are run by our trained BeSocial@theCentre Community Dance Lead, Sarah Hartley and follow the same format as the Winchcombe class.

The sessions are mainly seated and people can go at their own pace. There's 15/20 minutes of standing/travelling work, which is also adapted for those who wish to stay seated.

The classes cover a range of dance styles and the most important thing is to enjoy it!

There's also refreshments at the end with the opportunity to meet and chat to other participants.

If you'd like to know more you can contact Sarah Hartley on 01242 603207 or dance@besocialwinchcombe.com
