Many of our courses are based at our centre in Langley Road, Winchcombe, which provides warm and friendly surroundings. Our tutors really know their stuff – so know how to get the best of out of their students.

Dance with Parkinson's with Sarah Hartley, every Monday, 2pm - 3.30 pm. £5 per session. Ideal for those living with the disease; an energising session with exercises specifically designed to help alleviate symptoms. And a friend or carer can come along for free!
(Please note, no classes during August, returns on Mon 3rd September.)
Walking for Health runs weekly (gentle) walks around Winchcombe. Meet outside the Plaisterer's Arms at 10.30am. Walks last approx. 50 mins to an hour with a refreshment stop afterwards!
